Processing Time
All of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated shipping times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days (varies by destination)
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at gracenglorycoapparel@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you. Please note that once a package is in the carrier's hands, we have limited ability to intervene.
International Shipping
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total.
